Standards for Environmental Analysis

European Norm

The European Union (EU) has developed several norms to standardize testing for critical pollutants such as dioxins, furans and PCBs. CIL has worked closely with the EU primary laboratories to develop standards used in these methods, including EN-1948, and EN-1948 part 4. CIL standards are also used in many other methods used throughout Europe, including localized methods in specific countries, as well as ISO method standards.
