What is an example solvent for dissolving the TCA mixes?
The mix can be dissolved in LC-MS grade water. Reconstituting a given vial in 1 mL will yield an equimolar concentration of 100 µM.
How have the TCA mixes been measured?
Working solutions of these mixes (e.g., at 10 µM) have been measured by various analytical techniques. The mixes, for example, have been analyzed individually and in various ratio combinations by MS1 and MS2 on a HRAM mass spectrometer.
