Depending on the item(s) shipments within the United States can be sent via UPS, FedEx, or truck. Canadian shipments can only be sent via FedEx or truck.
International shipments of nonhazardous materials will be sent via FedEx or best method. Hazardous materials will be shipped by air freight, surface vessel, or FedEx where applicable.
Products listed as Air Freight Forbidden must be shipped by truck for orders within the U.S. and Canada and by ocean freight for overseas shipment.
CIL tries to be as cost effective as possible, but the carrier may place additional charges. Hazardous substances are identified with the appropriate UN number and transported in compliance with appropriate regulations, including IATA, DOT, etc.
We will oblige your shipping instructions whenever it is feasible to do so. CIL reserves the right to change the method of transportation if required to comply with transportation regulations. Such a change would not alter your responsibility for payment of shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you require a shipping cost estimate please contact your account coordinator.
