The Operations and Logistics Department is seeking individuals with experience in the following areas:

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Inventory, tracking and management
• Physical inventory
• Oversight of product documentation including: MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets); COAs  (Certificates of Analysis); Product Releases; and Packaging Shop Orders
• Tracking and expediting materials through Quality Control
• Inventory, production and miscellaneous report generation
• Customer/product complaint investigation/resolution

Position requirements vary but at a minimum include 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment.  A college degree (2-4 years) in the sciences is preferred.   Some positions require supervisory experience.  

CHEMICAL SHIPPER

Seeking an experienced Shipper to prepare our chemical products and associated documentation for domestic and international shipment.
The position requires a HS diploma plus a minimum of 3 years of shipping experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment.  Experience with domestic shipping documentation and procedures is required (UPS, FedEx).   International shipping experience is desired.   We have a strong preference for a shipper with Hazardous Materials certifications in one or more of the following: DOT (Department of Transportation), IATA (International Air Transportation Assoc.), IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)].  The position also requires the ability to lift or move 50 -100 pounds and the ability to complete shipping documents with a high level of accuracy.
